- Lennard Lathan is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Supervisor status with the State of Texas Behavioral Health Executive Counsel. He has been licensed since 2011 and has worked in many areas of mental health.
- He has extensive experience working with incarcerated youth at the treatment center level and halfway homes. His work involved preparing the youth and families for reunification back home and into a different society. He has experience working with the school systems providing services to students and families.
- He is currently a member of the Mesquite, Texas Chamber of Commerce and is currently in private practice, with his company, The Conscious Mind Counseling Group PLLC.
