Maybe you've asked, “How do I help my loved one through this difficult time, or am I the only one going through my situation?”Many of us have so much weighing on our mind today, causing anxiety, depression, insomnia, and diminished physical health. Some don't or won't express their vulnerabilities or troubles. Taryn Castaneda-Gonzalez
Taryn is a licensed Master Social Worker currently obtaining her License in Clinical Social Work, to one day open up her own practice. She graduated with her Bachelor's and Masters in Social Work at Stephen F. Austin state university. Axe’em Jacks!! She is a certified therapist in (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy )CBT and (Cognitive Processing Therapy) CPT. Currently she is a social worker in a hospital working with passion on the geriatric trauma and supportive care unit. She has worked in hospice and nursing homes and health clinics where she saw the obstacles and lack of resources for individuals who have mental health diagnosis.
