Maybe you've asked, “How do I help my loved one through this difficult time, or am I the only one going through my situation?”Many of us have so much weighing on our mind today, causing anxiety, depression, insomnia, and diminished physical health. Some don't or won't express their vulnerabilities or troubles. I ask that you join me on this journey through the Black Mind Chronicles to better understand the mindset, perceptions and stories of mental health in our communities.
